1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on our website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content on or through the service, you represent and warrant that:

• The Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it
• The posting of your Content on or through the service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity

We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright or posting inappropriate content.

5. Comment Policy

When posting comments on our website, you agree to:

• Be respectful and courteous to other users
• Not post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
• Not post offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Not impersonate another person or entity
• Not violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove any comments that violate these guidelines and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our comment policy. Comments are moderated and may be rejected if they contain inappropriate content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation

• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service
• To use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the service for any purpose
• To introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the website owner and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on our website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

9. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Links to Third-Party Sites

Our service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

11. Subscription & Billing

Servonaut is offered on a free tier and on paid subscription plans (currently Solo and Teams). Plan inclusions, prices, and billing intervals are listed on the Pricing page, which forms part of these Terms.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the interval you choose at checkout). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file, until you cancel.

All prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details on our servers. You authorise us, through Stripe, to charge the recurring subscription fee to your chosen payment method.

We may change pricing or plan features from time to time. If we change the price of your active subscription, the new price will take effect at the start of your next billing period and we will notify you in advance via email.

12. Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account dashboard. There is no cancellation fee.

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that period ends, your account is automatically downgraded to the free tier and you will not be charged again. Your account, projects, and data remain available on the free tier (subject to its limits); we do not delete your account on cancellation.

We may suspend or cancel your subscription if a payment fails repeatedly, if you breach these Terms, or if we discontinue a plan. If we discontinue a plan you are paying for, we will notify you in advance and offer a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.

13. Refund Policy

Because subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and downgrade automatically at the end of the current billing period, we generally do not offer refunds for partially-used billing periods (whether monthly or yearly).

We will, however, issue a full refund in the following cases:

• You were charged due to a clear billing error on our side (for example, you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice for the same period).
• The service was materially unavailable for an extended period within your billing cycle and you were unable to use the features you paid for.
• You request a refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription and have not actively used paid features (this is offered on a goodwill basis and at our discretion).
• We discontinue a paid plan you are subscribed to before the end of your billing period (pro-rated refund for the unused portion).

To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact us via the contact form with your account email and the approximate date of the charge. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

14. AI Top-ups and Budgets

14.1 AI top-ups are non-refundable purchases of token credit applied to your account. Unlike subscription fees, top-up purchases are not eligible for refund under Section 13 once tokens have been granted to your account.

14.2 Top-up tokens expire 12 months after purchase if unused. Within that window, tokens persist beyond subscription cancellation: if you downgrade from a paid plan, any remaining (unexpired) top-up token balance remains available if you re-subscribe to a plan that includes hosted AI access. Expired tokens are forfeited and not refundable.

14.3 Servonaut enforces a hard usage cap at 100% of your monthly AI budget. Once reached, AI requests will be blocked until the next billing period resets your budget or until you purchase a top-up pack to add additional tokens.

14.4 The hard cap may include a small grace multiplier (currently 1.5×) to accommodate in-flight requests at the point the limit is reached, but this grace margin does not permit sustained over-use and is subject to change without notice.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.
