Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes. The core CLI is MIT licensed and open source. You can use it indefinitely with no restrictions. The paid tiers add cloud features, AI analysis, and team collaboration on top of the same CLI.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. You can switch between billing periods at any time. When switching from monthly to yearly, you will be prorated for the remaining time on your current billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is always yours. If you downgrade from Solo to Free, your cloud config snapshots remain accessible in read-only mode for 30 days, giving you time to export anything you need. The local CLI continues to work normally.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page — no questions asked, no cancellation fees. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.

What is an MCP server?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a standard for connecting AI assistants to external tools. A hosted MCP server lets AI agents like Claude interact with your infrastructure through Servonaut, enabling natural-language server management.
